dvdw- good homework-At a glance, IDE looks ok. I need to look more into SSPI. Upside to me looks limited on a takeout. I still like ADG as my favorite, but defense is hot in the takeout area. Have you looked at ADG? RR

Saw the PR on SSPI. Sorry to see SSPI is going on by itself. You can't win em all :+ ). Defense was the hot group in 2003. My focus is now on drug developers and generics. (Symbolism) Is SPPI close enough? It's on my list. Unlike you, I've not nailed one yet, but self confidence and understanding it's waiting game helps. Guess I'll just have to settle for for stock appreciation. <G> Maybe better luck for me in 2004. I love the satisfaction of the end game and money to reinvest elsewhere. RR
