I almost thought it was 1998 after I read your post,

Really? I'll have some of that. 1998 was one of the most optimistic years of the last century. Compared to now (the Bush economy). Why, just yesterday we had another terror alert to look forward to! Those Bush people make this stuff up, or its all in their minds.
