" Brumar, With 20/20 hindsight sure, but in strictly legal terms 1998 was the time to do it at the time of that inspection crisis and clinton's inadequate bombing campaign. Bush is just cleaning up the messes made by predecessors (and i include his father, Reagan(lebanon), clinton(everywhere) and pre-9/11 W(asleep) when i use the word predecessor). mike
