Another post that I put on the MLNM board. FYI

I don't want to clutter your board with information on MDCO and Angiomax. But since the question did come up I will respond. After this could we please bring a civilized discussion to the MDCO board.

First the slowdown in Integilin sales is "associated" with the increase in Angiomax sales. Angiomax is on the start of a ramp up in sales for 2003. The company has sales targets for 2003 of $75-$90MM for the year. There is no question that they will hit the middle of this range. My contention prior, and still is, that MDCO will sell $100MM in 2003 of Angiomax. Just wait and watch after TCT in Sept. That is when the six month data will be presented and AHA will have the one year data.

Following these two meetings sales will ramp up significantly. I do think the major company that will be impacted if in fact Angiomax does this well will be Integrilin sales. This is only my conjecture and who knows if it is right. But I think MLNM still has not paid the piper for the stuff that occurred in March. At the end of the March qtr MLNM sold into the channel over two months worth of inventory. With decreasing sales of Integrilin that may move up to three months.

If you have any further questions please bring it over to the MDCO board. By the way MDCO's stock should be close to another run up. In the next couple weeks the stock will flutter around the 50 DMA and then bounce. We are currently at or close to that 50 DMA now.

Mike, Why would the MDCO board be even remotely interested in this post you reference? What does MLNM bashing have to do with the prospects for MDCO?
