IVN is conducting business under Mongolian laws and authorities, not Chinese. China will be their client and supplier because they need the copper badly.

How about power at .01c per Kw? that cheap enough? We know the labour will be cheap, hell they build a mircowave for $3! Transport? Chinese will foot the bill for the RR. Taxes? that is covered too. 5 year tax holiday, then 15% I think it was....
