Using the TOS to get rid of incriminating posts is a tactic used by several people on RB, Dobry for example. Then he'd start in with a new alias screaming that he was being victimized for posting "the facts" etc.... I ran a test on RB yesterday. I got TOSd in 3 minutes after two posts to ragingbullrep asking about Asiasvest. The posts were deleted. There are other multiple aliases posting away with impunity, viperchick aka bandita99 for example, who seem to be immune from TOS violation reports. Then there's Treffry-surfit-slurp with hundreds of aliases posting personal information, profanity and sexual innuendo, and Raging Bull says it has NO way to stop them signing on with five or six new aliases a day. Strange state of affairs.
