Dear Mrs. Bush, I regret to inform you, but your husband's government appears to be running amok. This latest flap over John Poindexter's silly market in terror victims is just the latest in a long list of lunacy. I've just run across something that is equally as troubling, though not being picked up by the courageous Senators Wyden and Dorgan, (See: my.bend.com nor by the weak-willed and venal corporate media. I'm speaking of a new development in the bowels of the Federal (Feral?) judiciary in lower Manhattan. If this assertion by a private investigator, Tom Flocco, can be verified, this is very damning information about the full court press (pun intended) on the cover-up front regarding the events and peculiarities surrounding the tragedy of 9/11. This information needs some "sunshine is the best disinfectant" treatment. Perhaps you could discuss this with George and see if he'd like to come clean on these matters in his next "press conference"? Here's what I wrote to another, with your dear, sweet compassionate husbland in mind: Poindexter may be a lightening rod for our concerns about civil liberties and the liberties that some market-mad RWEs are taking with our future. But there are other concerns that we ought not to forget. Up until today, I thought that there might be some hope for getting at the truth of 9/11 through the court system. Specifically a case in the Southern Manhattan District Court called Mariani v. United Airlines. Here's a very troubling article that I haven't been able to independently verify, but if this claim by Tom Flocco is verified, what we have is way beyond "a cancer on the Presidency" as John Dean described the Watergate cover-up 30 years ago. What we might have today, in the case of the cover-up of the 9/11 tragedy is the whole enchilada. A secret government that has turned feral and is perfectly willing to attack the citizens of the U.S. for purposes of exerting the ultimate control over the fate of the planet...
