No lies:

1. It is still too early to say for certain whether or not WMD are present in Iraq...

2. Even if no WMD are found, this represents a failure of intelligence, not a lie....and indeed it represents the failure of every major intelligence service on the planet since they all agreed that Saddam had WMD....

THOSE are the facts.....get used to them....
