All the info was there for them to peruse. No it wasn't. No one outside of maybe Saddam and his top advisors and administrators had all the info. Maybe only Saddam had all of it. You are getting like D.Ray.......making it up as you go along. Sorry I am tired of this game. What I know for sure is that there was enough info available to Bush/Blair to make very unclear Saddam's WMD position and the best approach would be to move with caution. If you think otherwise, then go for it. In fact "all the info" that would show conclusively that the programs where totally DOA still is not available and may never be available because they might not actually have been DOA until we rolled in with our tanks. (and even now they might only be mostly DOA). Yes, they waited until the absolute last minute to get rid of their WMD. In fact, they didn't bother to prepare for war so that they could do a really good job of disposing of their WMD. That makes a lot of sense. ted
