that comes under the "or what" venue. i'm seeing commerc. buildings going up here as well but no occupancy...hmmm

back in 98' after the asian crisis, i was in malaysia and all the 1/2 finished or finished projects were all empty... the country has come back nicely and did Not take and IMF money and they are the ones with the Gold Dinar std me thinks they wised up...these folks here wont until they are broke and it'll be too late then-ng
