"A secret government that has turned
feral and is perfectly willing to attack the citizens
of the U.S. for purposes of exerting the ultimate control
over the fate of the planet..."

After I heard that Poindexter was going to sell futures on the next terrorist attack, it wouldn't
surprise me if Bush and his conservative friends were delighted that
9/11 occurred. It gave them the chance to increase military spending.

Did you read the Yurica report that TP posted to the Enron forum?

Why do they want to increase military spending? We saw from our troops performance
in Afghanistan that the US has a well-trained military force, and we have more war toys
than we could ever use.

But Bush and his conservative friends want an endless supply of money and they
may make vast sums in Iraq because new wars mean we will increase military spending.

The Bushes are as greedy and as rotten as Saddam Hussein. If the Bushes had a chance,
they'd probably build palaces in tribute to themselves.

How did Poindexter come up with the idea for selling futures on future terrorist attacks?

Isn't his boss, George W. Bush an experienced player in the stock market. And it was
George's idea to keep track of Al Qaeda terrorists with playing cards when we were
fighting the Taliban and Osama bin Laden.

I don't recall the details but he used a deck of cards to keep track of the fugitives.
It looks like he has done the same thing in Iraq. When journalists talk about
killing Saddam's sons and Saddam himself they refer to Aces.

Could George have a gambling problem?
