After the Iran/Iraq war, I don't think that any other Arab nation was enthusiastic about going to war with Iraq. America has gone through many swings of the pendulum, and this is just another one towards the conservative side. It will crest when Americans realize that we are a moderate nation by nature. If that is at odds with our post-9/11 paranoia, then so be it. We will settle back to an equilibrium in the next decade.
