DB's victor pipe is between 0.25 and 0.40 cpt
GEM's Genesis had a modeled grade from 4.5 t's of 0.30cpt
and the actual grade was 0.11 cpt
DB has a couple mines in op already around the world less than 10cpht - it comes down to the quality of the stones popping up

Victor is gonna cost $700MM to get up and is targeted for'07
GEM has estimated cost per tonne under $10 CDN to mine

IF GEM works the property and digs up stuff - could make DB follow instead of slow down the process there

Vaughn, what I don't like about DeBeers is they have a world domination policy, and a world wide production strategy. DeBeers owners don't want to open a ton of new mines, when all they need is a few, and lock up the others.

Heck, look at MPV today, DeBeers says they are going to do a study before the prefeasability study, thats before the final feasabilty study, then its regulatory approvals, etc, etc. Kennady Lake is 8 years from production.

I would like to get more DNN and SRM. I will put my 22,000 GEM shares on the block. But I have to wait till the halt is off to do it.

Looking forward to the Lakers! Do you catch them yourself?
