Oh I'd like to hear some responses from the Lawyers on the thread. Without getting too specific online I do understand the potential pitfalls and conflicts where that contributions could play. However, having to provide the information (regardless of a clean record) is IMO very questionable. I'm not sure it violates my rights but it sure feels like it does. But since law is not based on "feelings," how I feel and what is legal are more than likely two different things. Regardless of legality I think it blows skin flute and I don't like it. If ot's legal...it shouldn't be although I can think of a lot of reason why they want the information. I'd link a websters audio C***sucker link but I think that may result in additional time off. Given the fact I said SI Bob's mother wears Army boots I think I probably shouldn't press my luck <g>
