James, And leave all the decisions to Congress??? That would be a disaster. Nothing would ever come to a conclusion. I am not happy with the size, weight, and power, of the centralized federal government that we suffer under, but so far, it is still the best on Earth, even though it has picked up a lot of flaws along the way.
