Well, if I'm not keeping up, neither is the Bush administration, because they're still looking for that link. And the 9/11 report just issued apparently does NOT establish that link.

Maybe you should call W and let him know.

Actually the Bush white house stated that the judge was wrong in his verdict and award. Or maybe you are saying that Bush is LYING again??? Or maybe you are not keeping up with current events. <g>
