God Himself hates Maybe you and he should go in for counseling together ... ....this fear & self loathing could get very tedious, and even debilitating. *** But if you get that much mileage out of self hatred and the guilt of sinning , well whatever works I guess is OK for you ...and your tribal "God".

Proverbs 15:8 The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD: but the prayer of the upright is his delight. yes , it is better not to ---->slouch , and best to keep the spine erect when praying. Also works well in school too , ballet & Irish dancing , and when playing wind instruments...and other myriad good things to do. Sleeping is not suggested when in prayer ...eyes 1/2 closed is Ok, ( but be careful, for God will know if you are peeking...he might send a plague down upon you if you do)
