yup. There's not much short volume in IBM these days, yet it still cant get anything going chartwise.

Not a good sign.

My take on the pension issue is that, worse case, IBM has to give older workers a better annuity for years worked towards the cash plan. I don't think IBM will have to go back to the straight pension plan for those workers. And the pension fund is funded well enough at this point to handle any adjustment required by the court assuming IBM loses the appeal.
That said, IBM could easily float lower with the market. This is kind of no-mans land here.
