the militant aggressives

There is no group called "the militant aggressives". But this comment you apparently mean that he invaded Iraq. Reasonable people can disagree about the wisdom or even the morality of the act but its nonsense to say that it is pandering to the most base elements of our society.

the not for prime time racists etc

BS

A president who actively fights with the Supreme Court on issues.

He isn't doing that. If he was it might actually be a good thing in some cases but he isn't doing it.

A president who is capable of intentionally misleading his people to get what he wants.

You have no evidence that this charge is true, and even if it is it would hardly be unusual. It would be unfortunate but not a sign that the country has "taken a turn" towards "going to hell in a handbasket".

In a very short time, this president has divided the country

It was divided long before that. Particularly under Clinton, but also under Reagan, and to a lesser extent earlier then that. But this division while it generates a lot of nasty comments and political fighting is also neither unusual (either in US history or in the world at large) or a sign of disaster.
