LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 25, 2003--C.E.C Industries Corp. (OTC:CECC - News), has announced today that it has appointed Harold Gregg as President of C.E.C. Industries Corp. and CEO of the newly formed, wholly owned subsidiary, Global Card Services, Inc.
Mr. Gregg is admitted to the Ohio Bar Association. He has been personally involved in the purchase, sale or exchange of more than $1 Billion worth of transactions and has extensive experience in law, mergers and acquisitions, business development, and management. Most recently, Mr. Gregg has been providing advisory and financial services to companies in numerous industries.
