You obviously use 'Watson Logic', which can be bent to fit any argument.

Either the troops were prepared, or they weren't. You rightists like to cry about how badly Clinton treated the military, but they looked plenty ready to me. Rumsfeld is the one that promotes a smaller army. And Bush is the one cutting their benefits.

Wake up and smell the reality.
