Not if you stopped him from murdering someone else. Self- defense is not the only defense against murder. In any case, international law is not like the law of a sovereign state, with authoritative courts and enforcement agencies. According to our Constitution, we can pull out of any treaty or treaty provision by a simple majority vote in the Senate, which shows the limits of "international law".......
