This one will get your blood going .. after a while I think you might find it funny: A former writer for Saturday Night Live -- who lost his job due to illness -- got into big trouble with his credit cards. He has taped the calls and now sells them on his website MikeTheDeadbeat.com for $12.99 a CD. Proceeds pay off his debts. At least this guy, unlike the woman from SaveKaryn.com, provides a product rather than straight-out begging. I bought his CD.
