A year ago(April and May) GM was trying to stop offering the 0.0..

When they reopened the flood gates it bumped retail sales rate to an unsustainable rate.

To get close to that high rate of last year - this year suggests a very good pickup in consumer attitudes.

The very first 0.0 (after 9/11)kickstarted a 18.0 million plus sales rate.

GM suggested a 16.2 to 16.5 million rate so 17.2 proves that higher incentives can generate higher sales rates.

The last time we sold over 100 units in a month was December 2002.

Looks like we'll be close in July. That's good I've got over 400 units in inventory.I bet aggressively and ordered an extra 225 ubits during the Iraq war - hoping to get the hard to get models that other dealers were refusing. It worked I've got them. They are all very desirable models and they all must go.

Lets hope this good sales rate continues along with the recovery.
