Oh really? So you are claiming that Abu Sayyaf only operated in the Philippines? Not anywhere else? Are you claiming that Abu Sayyaf, though it was essentially founded and funded by OBL's brother in-law, had nothing to do with other other Al Qaeda operatives in the Philippines? Abu Sayyaf kidnapped a couple dozen tourists, and demanded the release of Ramzi Yousef - but they didn't know or work with him, when he was planning terrorist attacks against the U.S. in the Philippines? Al Qaeda (which has members who are Saudi citizens) is opposed to the Government of Saudi Arabia. But because, OBL chose primarily Saudis to hijack airliners and crash them into American buildings, you ask - "Why haven't we invaded Saudi Arabia..."?
