Claude:

<<WTC needs zinc at $0.45>>

Thanks for the reminder. It's true that this is what the scoping study assumes. But, 3-month Zn is now at $0.39, so it's not too far off. Also, Proteus makes the point that the scoping study assumes a zinc concentrate treatment charge around $180 per ton while the current market rate is closer to $120 -- so one cancels out the other. The study also assumes life of mine (12 year) prices of $325 for gold and $5.00 for silver. So IMO the economics are already acceptable and would only get better if the PM bull develops.

BTW, do you know why the study assumes that the zinc concentrate would be processed in Japan? Don't they do this anywhere closer to Mexico!?! e.g. What does Penoles do with its concentrate? $60 per ton for transportation is a *big* expense. (Maybe Stephen O. has the answer to this?)

Thanks again for the advice. I'll reduce my expectations from an 11.6-bagger to only a 10-bagger! :^)

Best regards,
Howy
