I personally hope there is a way for the Administration to tell who leaked the report.... That would be a good story all by itself.

Nadine it is a bit early to make this statement. The Saudi's see what can happen in 2-3 years as Iraqi production is returned to normal and perhaps is ready to begin expanding. Our tremendous success to date in liberating Iraq, taking down Taliban and Al Qaeda forces the Saudi's to face realities that they had hoped to continue to avoid.

Today's oil prices have allot to do with Saudi's trying to influence US public opinion.

Dont underestimate Saudi's power to influence oil prices over the next few years. If they want to increase their revenues all they need to do is to reduce supply 5% more.
