We both know that the Iraq liberation was part of the "slum clearance" program.

That's changing the subject, Bill. The Bush administration, as we all know, offered two justifications for the urgency of an Iraq invasion: immediate threats from wmds and ties between Al Q and Saddam. Both remain unverified, at the very best. So the admin is trying to change the subject.
