Dick Morris was just on C-Span II talking about his new book. He brought up that when the Times wanted to interview Clinton, the reporter called them in advance of the interview to give them a heads up on what questions would be asked. Emboldened by that, Morris gave the reporter a list of questions he would like to see asked. The reporter read the questions to Clinton almost verbatim. Don't remember the reporter's name, but he's the one who eventually married Dee Dee Myers.
