I feel silly having to explain this to you again. Carter and Clinton reached the horrible deal during the Clinton years. Complicated, but you may be able to figure it out. Oh good, I thought you were dividing your Clinton hate loyalties with another president when in fact you expanded them slightly to include Carter in a one time incident. Well then........the slight change in your stance was barely noticeable. And btw, the current mess with NK is exclusively Bush's fault. He woke up the slumbering fool with his militant rhetoric over a year ago. Had he kept his mouth shut about the axis of evil, his current problems with long jim would not be happening. Bush stepped into the frying pan so now he has to deal with it. Don't worry.......Bush isn't smart enough to know the mess he's in. Who exactly do you think is responsible for this administration's ridiculous foreign policy.....cheney, wolfie or does gov. bush do it on his own with the help of rove?
