I have followed this board since the beginning. Ken has only banned me once, and it lasted about six hours. Not even long enough for him to announce it. I made no objection, I did not whine about it, and he changed his mind almost immediately. Squatter is exactly the correct term for the poster in question. And I used it for precisely that reason.
