Of course, the entrenched staff are fighting and got a preliminary court injunction.


I read the article. This is why I bitter about Teachers Unions and think nothing will last until you get rid of them. I fought the California Teachers Association for a lot of years, and always lost. They really own California. The Bureaucracy and the College Ed programs have to change also, but the Union is the linchpin.
