Thanks, Ron. I work on QCharts the Windows application, not the data feeds or back-end software that gets, saves and forwards data. And yes, I wish the back end could grow, as you do.

Please post, publicly, suggestions you may have for improving QCharts, and participate in the betas (which, we hope, contain things you suggested).

What is obvious is that the program & code hasn't been updated for changes to the Level2 S&P data feed

Why is qcharts putting resources towards features that only a handful of people want, when everyone that has Level 2 (and is paying extra to get) wants it fixed

This isn't product development -- it is called product deterioration, and no matter how the shills try to justify it, it is complete incompetence by everyone associated with it.

The statement on the status page "We are working with the exchange and S&P Comstock to expedite the necessary procedures to bring these ECN's back into the Level II window" appears to be fraudulent. There is no evidence that anything is being done at all, let alone expeditiously to fix this
