Hi BubbaFred, I have no feel for these beasts. I have heard of HRCT, since mid 1980s, and know they buy lots of companies in China. I do not know how they have been doing. Their long effort should have earned something already and be visible on P/L and balance sheet. If not visible, something is wrong or somethingelse is not right.

I do not like most Chinese manufacturing companies because they lack depth/focus/embedded value, and exist in a dangerous world. HuaQing is a typical example.

Tianjin Pharmaceutical would presumably be located in Tianjin, a coastal city 1 hour away from Beijing. I am suspicious of any company making a point to claim support from the government. I do not care for that style of PR if substantially false, and that type of operation if materially true.

The China investment world is dangerous enough already without venturing into the frontier of that world.
