Gets a $3 an hour raise, but this isn't what I had in mind when I put out the 40K for college. She did apply for two teaching jobs in Florida, but both schools decided to go with someone who lived local. Her Navy boy is now 70% of the way to being a pilot. He is supposed to be done in two months. Then I think I need to come up with wedding money. I told her I would give her 5k to elope!!!>> dude, since she is the manger of Old Navy, can I get s good discount ... 5k to elope, I think it is a good deal if the wedding costs you less than 50K, hee hee hee the flowers itself is 5K <ggg> dude, how much exactly does a pilot make, isn't it sort of a dangerous occupation, they better pay him enough to take care of your #1 ... for now, the talk of layoff and furlough sort of die down after the Gray Davis sign the budget, I think he keep the budget the same to higher education, except we have a shortfall because of the huge jump in the health care premium ... I used to pay nothing, now I have to pay annual deductible, co-payment of doctor visit and medicine ... that will cost me 1K a year ... you think the Naz is going down ???
