I have to say, I don't think fingerpointing regarding 911 is productive. It wouldn't have mattered who was in the WH, that attack was unsuspected, we hadn't had a hijacking in years (in fact there was a recorded tape of a congresswoman's wife who went down in one of the tower's planes who was laughing that she was being hijacked). We already know intelligence is somewhat wacked, intelligence is like trying to pick stocks in a way, you might know whats happening but the outcome is much harder to determine. And intelligence has been a problem for years, nobody even predicted the fall of communism, if we had, we could have saved billions in defense spending in the late 80s.
