Certainly; an emotional word like "hoax" should be backed up, and in that article, it isn't. Of course, as always, you are welcome (however unlike it might be) to provide credible evidence to the effect that a "hoax" took place.

I would be, but of course, that isn't what I said. What I posted was that on the Policy Analysis Market website...

While terrorism and other such events might fall within the third category, I don't see anything specifically alluding to that.
