India Yes. Their government, despite any faults, is democratic.

Taiwan Yes. Democratic.

Russia Again, with appropriate caveats for corruption and social inequality, yes.. it is a fledgling democracy.

The rest.. no.. And should they ever become a threat to the US, I would have little problem with overthrowing their regimes.

And while you mention it, Pakistan is certainly a very delicate case. Musharraf is decidedly pro-west, anti-corruption, and generally cognizant that Pakistan has to achieve social stability if it is to be able to attract international investment dollars. But he is obviously facing strong opposition from non-democratic theological opponents who would dissolve any semblance of democratic ideas in the country in order to establish a theocracy...

Thus, I support him..
