Kay has brought together kilometers of documents
Maybe the immenent threat was an attempt by Iraq to litter, some of that could blow into the U.S. bases in Kuwait and hurt the feelings of the oil executives.

I heard about Kay. The NYTimes published an article that suggested to me that Kay thought he
would find some kind of weapons.
