Actually I am familiar with it. That's why I'd like to see what about it caused you to change it into something that simply is pure fiction. Perhaps you were privy to speeches & documents from the Bush Administration that were not released to the public. Either that or you have intentionally exaggerated, blatantly distorted & outrageously lied about the real Bush Doctrine. Per your own words......
