1) This is not a threat to the US. 2) Would you be so out of your mind as to suggest that we invaded Iraq because two guys in the Philippines said they got money from Saddam? What did these two guys do? Build a nuclear reactor? hijack a plane? Do tell about their key role in attacks and plots against the US.
