TERN was asked to work on S-CDMA for DOCSIS in November of '98, and the fact that they'd have to "give s-cdma away (well, they sell it in DOCSIS products now)" appeared in their annual report issued 03/24/1999, re: terayon.com ...and was noted on this thread by August '99, re: Message 11077981 Dan B.

No, you wrote it incorrectly, and did so with purpose (to help the stock fall and cover a huge out of the money short position which could scarcely wait any longer), IMHO. Gee, how consistently your beloved suits against Terayon are aimed to protect shareholders (lol). But you'll never admit that words mean things, re your "Terayons products are based solely on S-CDMA" Pretty good quote from memory, eh? LOL Dan B.
