You realize that even a kindergarten teacher needed to be a member of the Ba'athist party to get a job. I doubt they were all complicit in genocide- in fact I doubt many of them were. They are in a similar position (though not as egregious a one) as the German public after WWII. Perhaps you can keep your heart off the thread- it's icy and off topic.
