I have had satsifying customer experiences with the "ferriners."

With GE Cap, for example.

Much better service than the insolent Double Bubble gum smacking idiots in New Jersey.

Now why do I believe completely that syd never read the manual.

That last time I needed help I spoke with the first help person and we agreed my problem was beyond his technical ability. He gave me his direct number as suggested I call the next business day and he would see if he could connect me with someone who could understand the nature of my problem.

I called and was connected with the senior person. He understood my problem, but alas my particular application had found a limitation in the video card. A specification ambiguity. They had no ability to test the card in the manner I was using it. The only solution was to try a different manufactures card.

Such is life when you try to mate a 2800 dollar display with a 200 buck card. Analog is OK, but digital has limitations in low resolutions.
