Read the Congressional resolution or Sec. Powell's address to the UN, both of which have been posted on this thread before - Iraq's support for terrorism was one of several arguments for the war. As to whether Iraq supported terrorism in fact, there is plenty of indication - press accounts supporting this have been posted here numerous times by many people.

Saudi citizens were involved in the 9/11 attack. There may be evidence the Saudi govt (or some elements of it) were involved. If so, SA should be dealt with firmly. And I think it will be in time. I don't know exactly what that will involve.
