Time and Events or Unfolding It would take a phenomenal spin doctor to try and stem even the leading edge of what is going to be learned in the next few months. People will be wrong, people will be right, but they are not going to be wondering, that is my prediction. There was an excellent article in Foreign Affairs on Al Qaeda. (The Protean Experiment by Jessica Stern) Hamid Mir, who is Osama Bin Laden's biographer mentioned that he had "personal knowledge" that an Iraqi agent tried to contact Bin Laden, that is the only contact mentioned beyond the claims by the current Adminstration ( also mentioned.) The entire article can be read here afr.com I am still wondering why somebody had to take a shot at George Tenet, why were they shooting at the CIA and what was Tenet being blamed for, the bad intelligence or starting the war ?
