"""I'm gonna get my "welcome home" hat on before she arrives!""

I just love your new hat! :)

It was a #1 5 Star vacation!

And yes, we too, had a broken hand while on vacation.
Our second son was doing a handstand at the beach while he and one of his brothers were playing with some of the children; the sand gave way and he was supporting his whole weight on one finger which snapped the metacarpal... a freak accident... and an ouchie... yes, it spoiled the first two days of his vacation, but not the whole vacation... grin... we all had a wonderful time... Ready to go right out and do it all over again!! :)

How can one fault a vacation that started even before we arrived... what are the chances of somewhere during the 720 mile drive one drives into a rest stop and finds part of the family already there... LOL.... included a lizard, fished from the bottom of the pool, burial with a cross and shell tombstone arrangement, beach, walks, runs, games, six birthday celebrations, tours of lighthouse and Kill Devil Hill (Wright Brothers), food to eat everywhere and so many different color bottles in refrigerators and coolers.... and mostly laughter... and a pool table right off the swimming pool... TV's on cable everywhere... plus so many other things... it was Glorious!!! as you mentioned!

:) Fran --- Happy, Sassy and nice to be home too!! Dogs are happy to see us, and came home from their favorite kennel with tails wagging in greeting! :)
