That might be a possibility, unless some others hadn't other interests: biz.yahoo.com biz.yahoo.com To add: 120 days from April 2003 is about July 2003. That means that the very first warrant expired unexercised and the consultants got their first million of shares they get anyways. There is no pr stating that the warrants have been exercised as for the stock price which was not high enough. If the first warrant gets nothing then the subsequent warrants won't be issued...
