The beauty of PMI, MBI, and Ambak's financial guaranty scams is that the folks running the scams look like geniuses, running off with half the premiums for years on end. Then, when things finally go bad, they just walk away and let the system collapse.

I reiterate - America's elite are selling us all out. They know full well these scams will fail, but they create belief just long enough to gather a huge financial wealth, then disappear when the house of cards starts collapsing.

The beauty of the corporate veil: no culpability for one's irresponsible business actions.

I'm glad GE is ditching that sh*t, BTW. They have real employees and real products, and it would be a shame for them to suffer for the sins of such a small piece of the company. PMI, MBI, and Ambak - much like the mortgage finance companies - produce little of real utility, and don't create value. I won't be mourning their passing.
