The first was a member from Oklahoma, a convicted drug dealer who ran...er chnage that to sprinted to make a deal, trouble with those 30K in payments to the agent, im sure.We all now know I had nothing to do with the 30K in payments he made.....and his desire to not go to jail. The second, well was a plea Im guessing based on a lack of funds , energy, a lack of reviewing all the evidence, and once again a lack of any desire to spend a single day in jail. The bottom line is the truth that will matter at Trial not what is taken out of context and twisted to fit some ridiculous theories that make no sense. For example: The idea that by saying "delete the logs" is illegal is idiotic...I cannot say why till trial but thats what he pled to basically .There are a hundred things in this case that simply dont make sense are implausible and simply untrue. I suppoose if you twist anyones arm hard enough eventually you will get an " uncle " out of them or snap their arm, either way it's a lose lose. SO once again we are back to relying on the God's Truth, not some twisted theories that arent backed up with evidence and intent. I wont comment again on the folks who opt for the get out of jail free cards over the truth and uncertainty that comes with going to trial. In my opinion , He knows he isnt guilty of anything but our Criminal Justice system is flawed in that it punishes you severely if you force the Govt to prove their case. He has a new baby and wants to stay with his family. In my opinion it's as simple as that. It is unfortunate that they somehow scared him enough to believe that what he did was illegal. I know you thrill at this horrific drama as it unfolds, what is funny is I never viewed my targeted companies with the same hate and venom that others view me with. And for what,??? writing a few reports, chatting online , teaching, trading and making jokes all day long for 4 years.I think the likes of you & the others who love to hate so much need to look back in the mirror and see how ugly of a human being you really are to relish so much undeserved pain and heartache when it befalls others. This Ordeal will most likely destroy my family, leave us penniless , homeless & possibly leave my 3 children , all under 12 without a father. If that happens will that finally please you ?
